Join us for a lecture by acclaimed US artist and activist Dread Scott, moderated by Latoya Aroha Rule, a Wiradjuri and Te Ātiawa writer, creative practitioner, and UTS Research Fellow.
Currently on display at Campbelltown Arts Centre as part of the 2026 Biennale of Sydney, the lecture will focus on Scott’s work Lockdown (2000, 2026) – a photography and interview project sharing the stories of the US prison system through the words and images of those it imprisons.
