Finalists of the 2024 NSW Visual Arts Fellowship (Emerging)

Artspace is excited to announce the 2024 NSW Visual Arts Fellowship (Emerging) finalists this year are Kalanjay Dhir, Remy Faint, Charlotte Haywood, Gillian Kayrooz, Kien Situ and Talia Smith.

The NSW Visual Arts Fellowship (Emerging), valued at $30,000, is offered by the NSW Government through Create NSW in partnership with Artspace to enable a visual artist at the beginning of their career to undertake a self-directed program of professional development.

The six finalists will be participating in an exhibition that will open at The Gunnery at Artspace in July 2024, with the Fellowship recipient to be announced at the official exhibition launch. This edition will be co-curated by Artspace’s Executive Director, Alexie Glass-Kantor; Associate Curator, Sarah Rose; and Associate Curator, Yuanyu Li. 

The 2024 NSW Visual Arts Fellowship (Emerging) is developed and curated by Artspace, Sydney, in partnership with the NSW Government through Create NSW.
