Talei Luscia Mangioni is a Fijian/Italian woman born and raised on the lands and waterways of the Gadigal, Bidjigal and Birrabirragal. She is a PhD candidate and teacher in Pacific Studies at the School of Culture, History and Language at the Australian National University researching the creative and critical histories of the Nuclear Free and Independent Pacific movement. She has been a member of Reading Oceania since 2017.
