Learning & Outreach

Workshops and digital content help students learn and create in dialogue with artists.

Artspace’s new Learning Studio is a dedicated space for students, young people and community groups to connect to the residency and exhibition programs. Programs provide learning resources, workshops and digital content which deepen access to contemporary art practices, and local students can learn and create in direct dialogue with artists.

Our ongoing connections to local communities have reinforced access to contemporary art and culture. As a member of the Woolloomooloo Working Group, Artspace partners with local social service providers to support community participation and access to exhibitions, public programs, and professional development opportunities.

Our programs for secondary and tertiary students from metropolitan and regional schools and universities facilitate direct engagement with artists, exhibitions and contemporary practice.
